I’ve had the pleasure of knowing G’nell for a few years now. I met her while taking some headshots for the BFree yoga studio. In addition to being my favorite yoga teacher, she is a real gem of a human being all around and I feel pretty lucky to call her a friend. Not only that— but her family is…. amazing. To say the least. Her kids are super funny and smart and cute as heck and she and her husband are hilarious and easy to be around and are clearly raising them to be thoughtful, out going, compassionate people. I spent some time with them in and around the Austin Central Library downtown and it was the best way to spend a beautiful Saturday evening.
