I spent 33 years of my life in this place. I’ve met many people who moved to town for school or work or just because. I’ve heard all of the reasons they love it. The food, the music, the “vibes”. But to me, it’s my hometown. My quiet, big/small place. The place I learned to drive. And ride a bike. And skipped class to go to the bowling alley. The place I tried not to take for granted, but did anyway. The change happened fast. In ways I didn’t expect and ways I hoped it wouldn’t.

This project is my way of holding on to the people and places I know and love.
